Luyanda Gumede

Luyanda was first a corporate executive and Legal advisor before joining the Johannesburg Bar. He was called to the bar in 2026.

He holds an LLB, LLM, and a Certificate in European Private Law. He conducts a general commercial and corporate litigation practice in the High Court, with particular experience in competition law, insurance litigation and administrative law. His practice also includes a lot of arbitration proceedings with focus on internal audit investigations.
