Mkululi Mbali

Mkululi Mbali is a passionate and strong proponent for justice from a very young age, growing up believing in helping others and making a positive impact in society. After High School, he enrolled for and completed a B.Com and B.Com Honours in Accounting degrees at the former Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in Gqeberha and went on to qualify and become a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) ((CA(SA)) in 2011. 

Since qualifying as a CA(SA), he has worked in various roles including as a Team Leader at SARS Large Business Centre (Assurance) in 2012 and as an Audit Manager at the Auditor General South Africa from 2013 to 2017. 

Mkululi also holds an LLB degree at UNISA, completed his Pupillage programme at the Pretoria Society of Advocates in 2024, was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court in March 2025 and is currently a member of both the Pretoria and the Johannesburg Societies of Advocates.

Specializing in various areas of law including: arbitrations, commercial, banking, insolvency, family, constitutional, criminal, labour, administrative and delict law. He has been involved in various matters and litigation in these above areas of the law and is now also involved in the mediation space.
